Hebrew Font Portfolio

We have an extensive library of fine, decorative, and text fonts, appropriate for siddurim, ketubot, certificates, or fun. In addition to those many commercial fonts, here are some of the fonts that we have created over the years, in a variety of styles and with many different font creating tools.

Inspired by the artist Agam, we created this playful, whimsical font for classrooms, birthday cards, or children’s rooms. You can download it here: 

LimonaDot is a casual hand-written script font. You can download it here. This script font is perfect for classrooms and teaching cursive writing. It includes the full set of vowels dots. 

The two fonts below were created with the free online Hebrew Font Maker offered by the Jewish education site IvritSuite. This very block alphabet (with no curves) is the font Reuben, based on the letters of Reuben Leaf, in his book, The Hebrew Alphabet. 

I call this proto-Hebrew font Lakhish. This novelty font is popular in some Israeli jewelry. It is fun to use for archaeology themed graphics. This font has no vowels or final forms. 

We designed the font below based on the calligraphy of the late Ismar David. His letters were used as headings in the Reform Gates of Prayer prayerbooks.

This is a casual, handwritten font called Sharpie. 

This display font, created for a local textile artist, is based on a ninth-century manuscript hand found in the Cairo Genizah and reproduced in Reuben Leaf’s Hebrew alphabet book.
